You will be responsible to create and maintain a sales pipeline in your selected geography and segment. You will be involved in all customer facing activities till contract signing including leads management, initial customer presentation, discussions till contract signing. You will also be involved with being our local representative to handle customer queries and escalations.
Your revenues will come in from initial sales and on services (excluding specific customization) and upgrades as applicable.
Implementation & Support partners
You will be involved in handling a customer locally. This includes coordinating/ conducting a training program, collecting master data, coordinating with remote development and implementation teams. You will also be the first point of contact for any customer queries and escalate to the remote team as required.
Your revenues will come in from new customer implementations and on tickets that do not require customizations.
