The team consists of 1 manager with up to 8 team members. Our customers have transferred day-to-day management responsibility as a strategic method for improved, effective and efficient operations that includes production support and lifecycle build and maintenance activities. 

QSMS manages and assumes responsibility for providing a defined set of services to our customers either proactively or upon request.

Role of a Manager

  1. Ensure daily tracking and reporting of work done
  2. Handle escalations
  3. Mediate to resolve issues/concerns
  4. Handling assets, if any
  5. Coordinating payments
  6. Resolve communication gaps
  7. Tracking issues to closure

Typically, our customer remains accountable for the functionality and performance of managed service and does not relinquish the overall management responsibility of the system. 

The operational responsibility and day-to-day reporting is transferred to us thereby significantly empowering our customer to focus on their core strength while ensuring that important processes receive due attention.

The team will be available for 4 – 6 hours per day and can adjust to the client’s time zone. Extra hours work is to be discussed with the manager and approved.

Through QSMS we typically bill an upfront setup or transition fee and an ongoing flat or near-fixed monthly fee, which benefits our customers by providing them with predictable support costs.

Process for Onboarding

 Next Action

1.Choose number of resources and confirm plan by paying the deposit.

2.Outline the expected work and send details by email. 

3.Client to designate one single contact person for all communication.

4.Qualisoft will understand the requirement in detail and provide team accordingly usually within 7 business days.

5.Client to confirm by paying first period’s billing in advance. Any special equipment/ software required for work will be provided by Client.

6.Client ensures no changes to requirements happen after email approval. Additional work can be taken up after review and handled separately.

7.Qualisoft to ensure that the service is provided as per its best understanding of Client requirement.

8. Engagements are usually for 11 months renewable though smaller duration engagements can be taken up as mutually convenient.

8. QSMS team members to be accorded the same courtesies as normally applicable to Client employees.

9. The work force will be strictly virtual and direct meetings are discouraged. 

10. Confidentiality to be maintained and documents to be shared in clients control only.

Payment Terms

1 month deposit upon confirmation | Quarterly in advance after the team has been appointed.

Manager is mandatory in all the plans. It is recommended that the team is engaged for a minimum of 9 months or higher.

Virtual Assistant and Skilled Specialist are given in 3 slabs as mentioned below.
